Today anxiety disorder are very common in women. Women and anxiety are inseparable as anxiety is all about the emotional effect that is escorted by the physiological sensations. The main reason behind anxiety is the problem in family, monetary issues as well as concern about children and many more causes. One of the main objective of therapists is to change the thinking of women, try to remember happy moments or try to think healthy and integrate the relaxation methods to adjust their mood. This type of therapy is very useful to recover from anxiety disorders
